Clients appreciate the ability to view sessions live in high resolution — and with no transmission delay.

No longer are the sessions reduced to a poor quality analog video signal and recorded and viewed in an obsolete video format. We digitally capture all the screen navigation: mouse clicks and moves (highlighted), key strokes and page changes. We also record the respondent (including their audio) as they navigate the website — this respondent view appears in a smaller picture-in-picture window, embedded in the session file. We transfer the recorded session files to CD or DVD so that you can take them with you at the end of the day.
